No, it's just that at this stage in the release, bugs have higher
priorities than most RFEs. When you're tracking issues that you
want to fix to ship a release, that's mainly bugs as opposed to
enhancements.
OK, I don't want to be overly argumentative here, but if the releases
are now short-cycle, just when will there be enough time to sweep the
bugs away and get to the RFEs?
