Hi Kevin

Ok so I had a look at your script and there is only two questions I want to ask about this if that is ok..

1) I don't have an ATA drive, but an a SATA so I think I must use sdparm, what I want to know is how to use this option do reduce the power consumtion. I had a look at the forms but there is no way I can understand this.....( have to say, first time I saw this command)
2) I looked at the conf file and how do I know it runs? I can run the sh scrip manualy but how do I know it work automaticly.

Your help will be much apprichated..
Thanks
Chris

Chris,

Here is a script I use to get better battery life on my T60p. You might
need to modify it a little.
