No. It's probably just the case that the Rawhide tree compose happened
to get done between the two builds. It's not unusual for things like
this to happen in Rawhide, and usually not worth posting about unless it
goes on for a few days. Especially, don't post about it unless you've
already checked Koji to see what's happening there. If you're really
impatient, it's easy enough to pull the Firefox build from koji.
That's clearly a packing bug, firefox should require the specific
xulrunner version it needs and not just fail at runtime. That won't
fix the mirror / timing issues but won't allow you to install a broken
combination.
