Try again. Livna took a while to get in synch but it works now.
It's the other way around afaics for Keith -- yum on his machine sees
the newly xine-lib-extras-nonfree from livna (¹), but doesn't see the
matching xine-lib from Fedora updates newkey (yet).
This is one of the problems I described in:

I currently tend to say the problem should be fixed in yum.
