I think it was actually a problem in udev, not the kernel. What's rpm

I've been having issues with my USB camera not longer loading pictures
off it when I plug it in and actually with that one I think it is the
kernel. Since the kernel never hands it off to udev
rpm -q kernel
kernel-2.6.22.1-41.fc7
kernel-2.6.22.4-65.fc7 <= this is the one I'm running
rpm -q udev
udev-113-11.fc7

Although I have never opened a bug for it, I also have an issue with a
Bluetooth USB adapter that only works off of USB 1.1 hubs and not usb
2.0 hubs. I thought USB 1.1 devices were supposed to work fine in 2.0 ports.
