Are the images the exact same names as the ones your downloading?

Yup, got it figured out, major drain bamage here. Its actually making
a fresh, edited copy of it, and when its done, the old one is nuked
and the new one is renamed to the original. Somebody should tell me
"well, duh!" :-)
