Well. For a start, Beta RC3 was not released, anywhere. Its creation was
aborted quite early and none of the images was uploaded anywhere. So I'm
not sure what you're comparing to.

Even if you somehow got a hold of a Beta RC3 image, the sole difference
between Beta RC3 and Beta RC4 is the inclusion of the same
NetworkManager build that RC1 had (RC3 erroneously left that NM build
out of the compose, which is why it was aborted). There is no other
difference between them.
