I think you need a few more libraries than that.

I installed these also:

libdvdnav-0.1.10-2.1.fc2.fr.i386.rpm
libdvdplay-1.0.1-4.1.fc2.fr.i386.rpm
libdvdread-0.9.4-5.1.fc2.fr.i386.rpm

And totem plays DVD's just fine for me.
