Note that I messed up the compose request for this a bit and it's
definitely missing some FEs that should've been in it and *may* be
missing a blocker fix. So there may well be a 1.4. I'll update in the
morning. Sorry!

Excuse me. Then it is pointless to test 1.3?

We have tested 1438046 with our ARM devices and it seems to work even with Beta 1.3. In that case it would be a viable candidate. Please help test, thanks.
