Skip-broken could not solve problems
Error: Missing Dependency: libxklavier.so.12 is needed by package kdebase-workspace-4.2.95-3.fc12.i586 (rawhide)
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
package-cleanup --dupes
rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

In my laptop I noticed some times this behavior but I was thinking thats was problem with my internet provider.

Almost the same symptoms here with a broken nss-mdns package from
updates-testing in F10-x86_64 (0.10-6).
