Thanks for reaction, the problem was in the duplicate:

* gstreamer1-1.12.1-1.fc27
* gstreamer1-1.12.0-1.fc27

Maybe it will be a good idea to use 'installonly_limit=1' into a dnf configuration sometimes.

You could have truncated your post by not quoting so many lines that don't
add anything other than conflicts for more files.

Show more of the dependency resolving step.
Show "rpm -qa gstreamer1" and "dnf list gstreamer1", too.

The x86_64 and i686 build of a package are published at the same time.
If you get a conflict like this, where the version of the two packages
is not the same, you need to examine your installation and the repository
contents to figure out why you don't get the very latest version for both
the x86_64 and i686 packages. It could be due to broken dependencies
somewhere or due to duplicate installed packages.
