Reviving this discussion from August to make a decision on what
we're
going to do about the mediacheck release criterion
The current criterion reads:
If there is an embedded checksum on any release medium, it must be
correct.
The last proposed criterion update was:
> "If there is an embedded checksum in the image, it must match. If
> there is a related UI element displayed after booting the image, it
> must work and display the correct result."
For clarification: This is a Final criterion.
Any thoughts/votes on this so we can get closer to being done with
criteria adjustments for F18?
