Is x86-64 support (which, AFAIK, is a part of Xen 3.0) is planned for
FC5 release?

that's not in the plans currently.
This kernel is just there as a minimal effort so that the installer
folks can work on their part of xen work. They are by no means intended
for other things, and might not be usable either....
