I saw an f29 folder there, but decided not to change that but instead made a new f30 folder in the /usr/share/backgrounds folder on the f30 system. The default folder from the down load was copied into the new f30 folder on the f30 system.

When the reboot was complete, I opened g-c-c and opened the backgrounds tab and clicked the Background thumbnail. When the selection window popped up I selected Wallpapers and scrolled through the available images. The new images were not available.
