I don't expect blocker bugs app to grow into monstrous dimensions
(should I?), so I don't see a problem keeping it in Fedora QA trac.
As long as we send the notifications to qa-devel, it's fine. And we
can always adjust in the future.
I don't see it growing a whole lot for F19, no. Depending on how we
approach some ideas for changing the blocker process in the future,
things might grow a bit but I'm of the opinion that we can cross that
bridge if/when we get there.
For now, I think the question is more of "should devel tickets be in
the qa trac?" instead of "are there enough tickets to justify moving
them to a different instance?"
