It is not gonna be a paid addon? (as Load balancing, clustering, XFS...)
IPA has been a fully supported part of core RHEL since 6.2:

Quoting from the 6.2 release notes:
"These services have been present as a Technology Preview in previous
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 releases. With this release, identity
management has been promoted to fully supported."
