Thanks Jakub, sorry I meant to disable cache time expiry, or I should say I am looking for the values to assign to entry_cache_timeout and memcache to keep reading from caches all the time without cache time expiry.

The cache can't be disabled completely, the cache is used to communicate
between sssd processes:

You can set the cache timeout to 1 second, though.

You can disable the memcache by setting an environment variable. See
man sssd(8):
