Thank you for the logs, I think they helped me to understand the issue
better. My guess is that it is related to
https://pagure.io/SSSD/sssd/issue/3199 and
https://pagure.io/SSSD/sssd/issue/3230. The fix for the second one is
available since sssd-1.15.1. So you might want to try the el6 build from
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/g/sssd/sssd-1-15/ to see if the
issue is fixed in this version.
