This is actually the least-disruptive approach. Users don't (generally)
start the sssd with --debug-timestamps on the command-line, they set it
in the sssd.conf. I don't expect this to break existing deployments.
I investigating adding an opposing argument, but it's prohibitively
complex, since our current approach to the popt argument for debugging
sets a global variable.
That said, I'm self-nacking this patch as it is written, since it seems
to be causing some trouble in the krb5_child.
