pac depends on ndr_krb5pac and ndr_krb5pac depends on samba.
sssd-ad and sssd-ipa have already had samba dependency, therefore
it is better to move sssd_pac directly to sub packages.
This reduces dependencies on samba.
I had both packages(sssd-ad, sssd-ipa) installed. I remove the
first package and /usr/libexec/sssd/sssd_pac did not disapear. I
removed the second package and sssd_pac was also removed.
