This patch should be applied on top of both the timed option patch and the in-memory cache patch.
This is also the last sudo patch that changes strings, so I believe that sudo is feature-ready with this one.

Pushed to master. I squashed in Jan's "[PATCH] Add SUDO provider to the list of available providers in SSSDConfig.py" mostly because it didn't apply cleanly without the SELinux patches pushed. I manually merged it (it was a one-liner).
