You meant 1.13 branch.
We call `kill(-getpgrp(), SIGTERM);` only for final cleanup in
monitor_quit.
But in case of setpgrp() we would be able to
call do following diff and cleanup would be automaticaly done per service

+ kret = kill(-svc->pid, SIGTERM);

But patch for 1.13 and for 1.14 might be different.
