Title: #947: tests: fix race conditions in integration tests

"""
In regards of `test_enumeration.py`
- I am not sure Nyquist frequency is relevant. I agree that test should wait longer than
enumeration period to allow reliable update, but I am not convinced this should be twice
longer. Could you please elaborate?
- Do You understand the reason behind `time.sleep(INTERACTIVE_TIMEOUT/2)` in the
beginning of each test before any action is taken? This seems just senseless for me. This
is especially weird because this is timeout that was changed by #345 and this change was
reported to help, but I hardly understand how this could have reliable affect.
So basically I agree with approach - to make INTERACTIVE_TIMEOUT greater than
ENUMERATION_TIMEOUT - but would offer other values and to remove
`time.sleep(INTERACTIVE_TIMEOUT/2)`
