We have an alias `SSSDBG_IMPORTANT_INFO` -> `SSSDBG_OP_FAILURE`
But it is not a critical message which everyone should see after each start.
Because we have a plan to change default log leve from 0 -> 2
and enumeration is disabled by default.
Therefore `SSSDBG_CONF_SETTINGS` is more suitable IMHO. But it would be good to
see opinion of other developers.
