If we fix this strict requires yum swap will help.
[root@host ~]# yum swap -- remove sssd-libwbclient -- install libwbclient
install sssd-libwbclient
copy&paste problem it should hve been:
yum swap -- remove libwbclient -- install sssd-libwbclient
