A note to QA: when this patch is pushed it will probably cause a lot of
trouble with the tests. It may be up to 10 seconds before the SSSD
services are ready to answer requests.
Is this on start of services ? If so, Easy fix , increase the sleep
after starting / restarting services from 2 to 10.
