Meet you next week at 20:00 UTC in #fedora-meeting-2!

Hi Christoph,
Quite happy with prelink in mini-live.ks in fact I'd like to get rid of it if all the dep issues are fixed. Ultimately it should be the same as base (ie the very bare minimum to get a running install) and you just add it at the top of a ks with a %include. I'll be back around as of next week for meetings, I've been travelling in Aus all of March and hence my lack of attendance as its like 4am.

Thanks Peter,
that was a quick response. :)
Kevin, while you are at it, can you make the change for Peter as he is still traveling?
Regards, Christoph
Just done. I did a run with a test image and it seemed to work as expected.
Please do report anything anyone notes about this prelink change and we can revert it if it causes any issues.

You should use the -m option as well. Otherwise it may fail with i686 in some cases.

Ah yes. ;(
Unfortunately, I am traveling this week, so if someone else would like to make further changes, please do, as I am not sure how much time I will have to test.

I made the following changes.
I added the -m option which is needed in some cases for -i686.
I added &>/dev/null || : to the prelink commands.
I added a check to livesys to turn off running prelink using code from live-kde-base.
