I don't know, how to do this, but this iss annaunce of Fedora QtDesktop spin. It contains qt based applications only. And those applications that required for installation into HDD.

It is based on my old kickstarts for F16 and F17 (minimal set - just livecd-mini+slim+razoqt) and now requires loooong work for cleaning up unwanted packages. And adding mandatory/usual ones.
