This probably isn't best addressed as a spin. Have you seen the docs at

Thanks for your repely.

We don't have network installation option as most of schools are having poor connectivity.
Only DVD media applicable here as a solution. So, using a kickstart file with PXE boot wont wok.

I went through the documentation, but I could not find away to make kickstart file inside boot media.

What I really need is to let someone to insert the boot media (DVD) in to drive and reboot the system.
Then anaconda tui should handle silent installation where user can not set his own local user and root passwords but what we define in the kickstart.

Is there away to create Fedora installation disk instead of LiveMedia?
Seems revisor is no longer available.
