The docs look ok, but I think it would have been wise to wait until the "Solutions" decision against Labs and Spins.

of the docs about maintaining a Spin/Lab on the wiki was *way* out of
date.

Please review the updated docs[1] and let me know what's still missing
or unclear. If you see something that needs fixed, please file an
issue in the pgm_docs repo[2].
