Tagging package [osad] version [5.11.5-1] in directory [client/tools/osad/].

Changes since rhnmd-5.3.11-1: Jan Pazdziora (3): Allow osa-dispatcher to read /etc/passwd, it seems to be needed by the generic python modules. We cannot use PIDFile as variable in ExecStart. Automatic commit of package [osad] release [5.11.5-1].
