Yeah, that was my approach for the last two Flocks: half the session on what we
did since the previous Flock, the remainder on where we want to be in the next year.
OK, I just got some unfortunate news: my departure flight on Friday, Aug. 5th
got moved earlier in the day and I won't be able to attend the "Server SIG
Pow-Wow". This is a free-form hackfest/planning workshop scheduled for
13:30-15:30. There doesn't actually *need* to be a coordinator (since it's meant
to be a working session, not a talk). Probably all that is needed is someone to
make sure conversations stay on-topic.
