Both "SIG" (Special Interest Group) and "Working Group" are labels we
use
for Teams within the Fedora Project. Generally, a SIG is very informal and
membership just a matter of saying you're interested, while a Working Group
has more formal membership with rules for who votes and how votes are
counted on important issues.
I hope that clears that up a little?
