I think that was really the mistake we (I) made before with rolekit: we tried to build something new to solve the problem and then hoped that we could build a community around it. This failed as it should ("not invented here" was a bad plan) and now we're re-evaluating how we can work with existing, established communities instead of trying to go it our own way.
