Dear Fedora Scientific community,
we would like to announce the recent open-source release of our GPU-enabled multiphysics software - Advanced Simulation Library. http://asl.org.il/
Here are some remarkable benchmarks: http://asl.org.il/benchmarks/multicomponent_flow/
If possible, please create a Fedora package for ASL and send me an URL where we could make our contributions to the packaging efforts.
Thank you, Zeev
Hi Zeev,
very nice! I'll package it (and then of course torture it with some physics :P).
Greetings, Christian

Hi Christian,
after we have updated our dependencies (especially to VTK 6.1) package maintainers from ArchLinux and OpenSuse (RPM-based) were able to move forward, maybe it can be helpful also for Fedora packagers:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:ealin:physics/ASL https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/libasl/
We will apply their patches soon, so stay tuned!
All the best, Zeev
