I was just wondering if Tilp (http://lpg.ticalc.org/prj_tilp/linux.html) would be suitable for inclusion to fedora, there are a few tiny libraries to go with it. This just seems like the right kind of group to propose this to.

The only reason it *wouldn't* be suitable is if there are licensing issues. It wouldn't surprise me if there are some proprietary National Instruments drivers involved in TILP that would be a blocker. But I don't actually know that; I just wouldn't be surprised if it was the case. You may want to browse through the code and see if you can find closed-source/proprietary binaries/licenses [1]. I'll do it too when I get the chance. If you can't find any, then this might be something to move forward with.
