Hi! Last year, I announced my intention to orphan openbabel. Several folks replied, but nobody said they wanted to take over as primary maintainer. In the end, I didn't actually orphan the package, but I didn't do any maintenance on it, either. So, this time I'm actually orphaning it in a week. It's pending an update to the next major version and I haven't looked at that at all. If anyone wants to take it before I hit the 'orphan' button, let me know this week.

As requested, I gave the main admin permission to Antonio Trande (sagitter). I've added our SciTech group as admin, too.
