I've got an open PR and some of the checks are failing around AWS e2e.

I'm currently at a loss as to how to debug this failure (so I can make necessary changes so that all checks pass and this PR can get merged). I'd really like to get the bulk of these changes merged so I can make proper use of them.

Example: Operator degraded (OAuthServerConfigObservation_Error): OAuthServerConfigObservationDegraded: failed to apply IDP keycloak-test-e2e-test-authentication-operator-zfh7f config: couldn't get https://test-route-e2e-test-authentication-operator-zfh7f.apps.ci-op-qm88rnp...: unexpected response status 503
