Everything under
RHEL6/references/ is actually pre-existing published
files, such as the RHEL5 STIG and the RHEL5 USCGB. We drop them into the
RHEL6/references/ just for, well.... reference. Sometimes we want to
remind ourselves what was included in the RHEL5 STIG, or perhaps take a
look at language that NIST used in the RHEL5 USGCB. There shouldn't be
patches applied to files under this directory.
