Fedorahosted SSG instance has support for ticketing system:

But you are correct, that last one was filed ~2months ago:
https://fedorahosted.org/scap-security-guide/ticket/434
and that from this PoV it might seem, there hasn't been progress on the project
from that time (though obviously by count of patches provided in between this
clearly isn't true).
I was messing around a few months ago and created a placeholder github
account:
https://github.com/ssgproject
Which lead to trying out the ticket system (fine, yes, I was a bit
excessive....):
https://github.com/ssgproject/content/issues
The GitHub system allows for easier application of labels, assignments,
ties back to milestones, and most important (to me) is providing a
central dashboard. People can subscribe/unsubscribe to issues they find
important. If you associate yourself with the project in GitHub you
automatically get an EMail when comments are posted, new tickets, etc.
From my (very limited!) playing, it appears you can reply via the Web
UI at
github.com or directly from your EMail client.
When we patch the tickets, you simply put the reference number in your
commit and it'll automagically close the ticket for you. Compared to
FedoraHosted, you must track commits and hopefully remember to close out
the tickets. It's annoying and I'll admit that sometimes drives me to
push off doing tickets.... it's a hassle.
