Looking at scap-workbench now.
Another quick question - is it possible to substitute xsl sheets for report
generation, that is, can I create my own version of xccdf-report.xsl and
use it instead to generate reports?

Tailoring file is special file as per XCCDF 1.2 standard. Basically it
allows you to save a profile in file separated from the policy.
You can leverage scap-workbench tool to create a tailoring file. Here is a
