Yup. I actually figured it out after I hit sent. It was what I was putting in the configs.

There's an Apache stig AS24-U1-000510 that states to enable session_crypto or SessionCryptoCipher aes256 yet when I try, apache fails to start. Apr-util-openssl is installed.
