Maura, is this still an issue for you? Yes, the @redhat.com's have a non-public repo, which may describe some version discrepancies, however MPO (+most other large .govs) should have full access to the RHEL7 beta bits (given any active RHEL subscription). Feel free to ping me off-list if this is still an issue foe you.
