The rule was added specifically for the CS2 profile, and the powers that be deem it no longer needed in their baseline.

hopefully or defined somewhere what kind of rules the customized server profile
should have and what not?), but the change is straightforward => ACK.
The core XCCDF will remain in the "catalog of content" within SSG should another profile owner chose to utilize that rule.
