and backporting this commit to 2.5.4 cannot be done cleanly. Also zeitwerk consumers are basically RoR related, and it seems upstream RoR CI already uses zeitwerk 2.6.x, so I judged that backporting the above commit to Fedora zeitwerk is waste of time, and simply updating to the newest is better.
