[releng] Issue #7823: Add special "provides" or new stream for platform module ("latest" and/or "rawhide")
ignatenkobrain reported a new issue against the project: `releng` that you are following: `` Right now, all rust packages are kept up to date only in rawhide but there is no way to say `buildrequires: platform: [rawhide]`, I always have to update it manually after branching.

However, we don't have this feature yet. It's being worked on. The expected ETA is ~6 weeks, so I would say this ticket is blocked until the end of October.
