churchyard reported a new issue against the project: `releng` that you are following:
``
* Name of the package? libiptcdata
* FAS username of the new maintainer? dcm
* Branches that you need it to be unretired for? master
* Package re-review BZ URL? not yet needed
* Any extra information?
I've retired the package under bogus assumption that nothing requires it. It was an error.
Please **retag the latest build**, as the package currently FTBFS. Other packages are FTBFS because of this, so a proper fix of this FTBFS should not block them.

``
* Name of the package?
libmspack
* FAS username of the new maintainer?
orion
* Branches that you need it to be unretired for?
epel7
* Package re-review BZ URL?
N/A, it's still an active package in Fedora
* Any extra information?
The epel7 branch got retired because libmspack appeared in RHEL 7.6, but it's not provided for all arches. Thus will be reintroduced as arch-limited package.

dmoluguw reported a new issue against the project: `releng` that you are following:
``
* Describe the issue
I'd like to take over the following orphaned packages:
* apache-commons-io
* apache-commons-lang
* apache-commons-logging
* javassist
* slf4j
* When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)
As soon as possible (before they are retired).
* If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
Too many packages removed from Fedora, in particular Dogtag which I care about.

sdgathman reported a new issue against the project: `releng` that you are following:
``
* Describe the issue
I'm volunteering to take apache-commons-io, dom4j, httpcomponents-client, apache-commons-lang3, felix-osgi-core, javamail, apache-commons-logging, httpcomponents-core, antlr4 - is that biting off more than I can chew??
* When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)
ASAP - Before they all go away and kill my openas2 package
* When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
If other key dependencies, like maven, don't get volunteers, the effort is useless...
* If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
A bunch of Fedora packages depending on core libraries go away (to module land).
