We believe that no rel-eng actions are needed (only if some tooling uses yumdb directly which is unfortunate because this is fully internal interface).

All Fedora releases must be released using a released version of glibc. The Fedora glibc team is responsible for ensuring that Fedora Rawhide stabilizes ABI before a Fedora release, or that after the branch that the Fedora release is rebased (a very small rebase) to the final released version. This is a requirement for Fedora to inherit the ABI and API guarantees provided by upstream. If a mass rebuild is required by glibc or other components, the Fedora glibc team will ensure coordination with release engineering such that a mass rebuild uses the released version of glibc to fix any last minute ABI changes.
The GNU C Library (glibc) does not require a mass rebuild for this release.

Authselect is a tool to select system authentication and identity sources from a list of supported profiles.
It is designed to be a replacement for authconfig but it takes a different approach to configure the system. Instead of letting the administrator build the pam stack with a tool (which may potentially end up with a broken configuration), it would ship several tested stacks (profiles) that solve a use-case and are well tested and supported. At the same time, some obsolete features of authconfig would not be supported by authselect.
This tool aims to be first shipped along and later deprecate and later replace authconfig in a future Fedora release.

Since the discovery of the SWEET32 flaw, ciphers using cipher-blocks smaller than 128-bits are considered vulnerable and should not be used any more. OpenVPN uses Blowfish (BF-128-CBC) as the default cipher, which is hit by the SWEET32 flaw. This proposal changes the default cipher to AES-256-GCM while in parallel allowing clients to connect using AES-256-CBC, AES-128-CBC or the deprecated BF-CBC,
This proposal will make use of that possibility by modifying the openvpn-server@.service unit file slightly.
