[releng] Issue #6604 `sync-tagged-primary.py not running against secondary kojis`

sharkcz reported a new issue against the project: `releng` that you are following: `` Seems sync-tagged-primary.py not running against secondary kojis as it used to. AFAIK there was a cron job to run in few times a day.
