#5949: process-git-requests InitialCC pseudouser not getting reflected into pkgdb2

I guess this is something to do with the move to pkgdb2 perhaps
but at least for pseudousers it seems the InitialCC field in
SCM Requests is not going into pkgdb.
Some SIGs like the Haskell SIG make heavy use of initialCC
for tracking packages.
I think I already "destroyed" evidence though since I added
CC haskell-sig to a bunch of packages missing it yesterday,
I dunno if there are any other recent examples around.

It seems something wrong happens during "fedpkg retire" for this package.
It appears as "orphan" in pkgdb, but not as blocked in koji.
{{{
$ koji list-pkgs --tag=f22 --owner=remi --show-blocked | grep channel
php-channel-nrk f18 remi
php-channel-bartlett f18 remi
php-channel-phpunit f21 remi
[BLOCKED]
php-channel-theseer f18 remi
}}}
So please block php-channel-bartlett in fedora 21 and rawhide.

from F-21+
package is long dead upstream, nothing links against the library, and we
no longer ship the server side bits to make it useful

Comment (by pingou):
{{{
48 BOLD = ""
49 RED = ""
50 RESET = ""
}}}
You could just drop these since they are not used anywhere.
Also, I think we should rework the argument parsing/handling
{{{
python update-critpath critpath f20 critpath.txt True
}}}
Having the first argument of the script be {{{critpath}}} while the script
is named {{{update-critpath}}} seems redundant.
In action, since there is only one action (and will ever be only one),
there is no need to have {{{action}}} at all.

Fedora Release Engineering weekly meeting

Hi, folks!
So Dennis and I were discussing image naming in IRC today. Dennis
managed a 'dry run' 21 Alpha test compose:
http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/stage/21-Alpha-T2/
but one of the things it makes clear is that our naming scheme for
images is really all over the place, now. It's grown up kind of
organically from a time when we had CD and DVD installer images to a
time when we have installer images, live images and disk images across
three different products, and there's no consistency.
We are also running into a size limit issue. ISO image volume IDs have a
maximum size of 32 characters. Right now we pretty much use the image
filename as the volume ID, for most images. Dennis has thrown in some ad
hoc contractions to the filenames/volume IDs used for the TC1 and TC2
compose attempts, but we didn't have any kind of solid plan behind it,
we were just duct taping as we went.
So, we tried to come up with a more fully thought through proposal,
which would make the names of all the different types of image
consistent, easily parseable by both humans and machines, and allow for
<=32 character volume IDs. And here it is!

flames, thoughts and suggestions are all welcome! thanks :)
